Walk

someone who is just beginning, start with 30 minutes walk at least
twice or thrice a week, and gradually ramp it up from there.
Healthy diet

green leafy vegetables. Have more of food which is rich in proteins like
egg whites, nuts and chicken. Follow a low carb diet.

Stay hydrated
